If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be? At the moment, I'd get rid of the materials needed to make weapons (especially weapons of mass destruction) because, quite frankly, they freak me out.
Who is your favorite Hogwarts teacher? Lupin. He's fair, he's kind, he's one of those teachers that I'd truly be motivated to work for.
Who is your favorite character in Harry Potter? I'd have to say Ron. He's fiercely loyal and very brave. Also, despite the movies interpretation of him as an idiot, he's actually intelligent and a great, funny character.
Who is your least favorite character in Harry Potter? I really don't like Ginny's sudden change of character in the fifth book. It was unrealistic and showed little developement. Also, detest Fudge. He's pompous and nasty and not very smart.
What makes a person respectable? If they respect themselves and others it usually helps.
What is your take on religion? I'm not religious at all but I have nothing against religion and I find it quite interesting really.
What do you think about house elves? Hermione's right. But so is Hagrid. Although they should not be exploited, your also confusing and offending them by giving them freedom because they've got a deeply ingrained sense of what they should be doing.
What do you look for in a friend? Loyal, kind, fair, humourous, honest. I just think that these are good qualities that friends should have really.
Would you rather have friends and family or money and success? It's a hard choice between friends and family. I mean, on the one hand without my family I wouldn't be who I am today but on the other hand, friendship is so important and you can't just rely on family for that.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I would change my lack of motivation that I have at present and my procrastinatory behaviour. Exams, Aimee. Go work.
What do you feel is your best quality? I'm very creative.
What are your hobbies? I love reading, writing, netball, debating, speech-making, editing people's work and emailing people.
Do you want to have children? I do. I've always loved kids, I want to be a teacher and I want to have someone to live for when I'm older.
Have or would you give time and money to a charity? I give small amounts of money to charity. If I had the means, I would give more or give more time.
If your friend was attacked (by a person, animal, or (in the magic world) beast), what would you do? Panic for a bit. Then, see what I could do to fix it, and then call for help.
What is the one thing you would most like to accomplish? I would like to write a novel. It's always been a dream of mine.
Who is your role model? *grins* Actually, my friend Emily because she's smart, perseptive and always friendly and cheerful. Also, Margaret Mahy because she's an amazing NZ author.
What trait most annoys you about other people? It annoys me more than anything when adults are patronising. Like, my Mum had this review for her novel which was so patronising to teenagers and I just wanted to scream. I hate it when adults treat you like you're less that human.
What do you want to do for a living? I want to be a teacher of English and Media Studies. They're my favourite subjects, I'd love to teach (runs in the blood peut-etre?) and then I could coach debating *grins*
Would you ever use an Unforgivable Curse for any reason? Only as a last resort.
What house do you think DOESN'T fit you? (This question is optional for those who feel they just DO NOT fit in a house. Please explain WHY.) Slytherin. Because I am about as cunning as a rabbit and although I am ambitious, I will not use any means to succeed.
What do you think are your top five abilities or qualities? confident, friendly, intelligent, loyal, creative.
