1. Sign all votes with your Name//House.
2. The Muggle vote is used only when you feel an applicant is pushing for/against a specific house - not for any other reason!
3. No-vote applications that you feel you cannot sort - not because of grammatical errors!
4. Don't reply to votes (unless you're a Prefect or the Voting Mod).
5. No applicant/House bashing - otherwise face the possibility of incurring your Mods' dual wrath.
